Training is usually carried out on site with telephone support.
Most of our clients start with three morning or afternoon sessions
where they learn all the essentials using their own data. During
this period free email support is provided. Those who are already
using the system usually benefit from this three session introduction
as it enables us to help identify and iron out bad practice before
serious complications occur.
After the inital training, on-going support is then available
on an hourly basis |
