People Moving and Handling

This course is primarily aimed at carers working in residential homes, nursing homes or in the community.

The course aims to train staff to move people and inanimate objects without causing injury to themselves or the client.

This course will enable compliance with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) recommendation that care workers update their moving and handling training annually.

This one day course is delivered at your premises for up to 8 candidates.

Ongoing practical assessment is carried out throughout the day.
