If you hold a CIEH Level 2 Food Safety
certificate that is less than three years old , then you may complete
simple refresher training and be issued with a new certificate.
Once payment is received, we will send you a
workbook for you to complete in your own time. When you have finished
this you can attend the next examination session and after after
a brief recap you will take the examination paper. This will not
take more than one and a hours or so.
Please note: All candidates must bring their current CIEH level
2 food safety certificate that is less than years old on the day
of the examination. Photo ID is also required.
Note: Please do not leave it too late. Once the certificate is
more than 3 years old you will need to repeat the full one day
course.
When can I attend an Examination?
You will usually be able to attend any one day CIEH course listed
on our dates page or at other times. You need to book a place in
