Level 2 Award in Food Safety (Food Hygiene Certificate)
(recommended)
For anyone working in an environment where food is prepared, processed
or sold. This is the certificate that most food handlers require
to demonstrate that they have been suitably trained. As well as
restaurants and cafes we also have a number of candidates from
Bed & Breakfast accommodation and residential homes.
- One day course assessed by 30 multiple choice questions
