This course provides an introductory awareness to food safety for anyone with no prior food safety knowledge and those handling low-risk or wrapped food. Most candidates prefer to do the level 2 qualification. Tailored to Catering, Retail or Manufacturing

Catering Staff Basic Food Hygiene

Level 2 Award in Food Safety (Food Hygiene Certificate)
(recommended)

For anyone working in an environment where food is prepared, processed or sold. This is the certificate that most food handlers require to demonstrate that they have been suitably trained. As well as restaurants and cafes we also have a number of candidates from Bed & Breakfast accommodation and residential homes.
